12”-16” average mean diameter utilizing the Scandinavian
full scribe or V-groove.
Each log is fitted to the next, with no butt
joints in your choice of Douglas fir; Englemann spruce;
Lodgepole pine or Western red cedar.
The majority of our homes utilize the popular
Norwegian saddle notch (lock notch), while the remainder
are fitted with a wedge notch or single V saddle notch.

This package is our most popular
package. Pricing depending upon the size and complexity
of your structure. Since we custom handcraft every
structure, we encourage you to contact us regarding
pricing for your dream home. In this package, we
design, engineer, craft, deliver and re-assemble all of
the log work on your existing foundation. At this point
it would be up to you to contract out the next step,
which should include the roof, doors, and windows. |

Please note that the Dry-In Package option is only
available in Oregon and Washington.
If your building site is located in any other state, you
will need to locate and secure the services of a local
contractor to complete these package options. |

When you are not tied to the deadlines associated with
construction loans, several of our clients choose to
have their home taken to this stage by a local general
contractor, thus allowing them to complete the interior
as time allows. Depending on how involved you get in
your project you can usually save money if you have the
time available to contribute to your project.
However, lending institutions usually only allow
you up to 12 months to build, so you will need to stay
on a strict time line. |
