If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still make a credit card payment.

1.  Click Payment button above
2.  From the PayPal window, click "CHECKOUT" button
3.  At, "If you do not currently have a PayPal account," click the "CLICK HERE" button
4.  At, SHIPPING INFORMATION, click the "NO SHIPPING REQUIRED" radio button
5.  At bottom of page, click "CONTINUE CHECKOUT" button
6.  Proceed with Credit Card Payment information
